At ASTA RESORT, we want you to feel confident in your resort wear, which is why we offer returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments remain in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold your items and place them in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective bags are included.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
